On September 22nd, 2021 our school in South Khorasan reopened! We had 821 elementary school students preparing for school (393 girls, and 355 boys). Most of them are from Nomadic families in South Khorasan, one of the low-income provinces in the Northern region of Sistan and Baluchestan province. We also have 41 male students and 32 female students at the high school level. The majority of these children live in dire situations and are part of social services while the others are from rural low-income families. Our team worked on assembling school backpacks with all the necessary stationery and writing supplies inside the bag. These supplies include; a backpack, pencil case, basic pencils, 8 black pens, 2 red pens, a ruler, 9 notebooks, and 1 compass. With South Khorasan being a very large impoverished province, we hope to continue our efforts helping these children and families that are in dire need.
Starting the new academic year, we wish for a productive year for all the students, and all the children. We’d like to thank our honored donors, supporters, team, and volunteers, none of this would be possible without you. Please continue supporting our mission to nurture and educate the underprivileged children of Iran, your support makes an enormous impact that changes lives each and everyday.
