The Ongoing Need

Better health care is needed for expectant and postpartum mothers, as well as young infants while their immune systems develop.

This project is to construct a maternal and infant health facility specifically for mothers and children on a plot of land near the local medical clinic.

Please help us provide the proper health care to these young mothers and babies so that they have an opportunity to see a better tomorrow.

The proposed facility will be approximately 1,400 square feet and include:

  • A delivery room
  • Two acute care rooms with a total of five beds
  • An examination room
  • A consultation room
  • Restrooms
  • A waiting room

It will be led by a midwife with nursing assistants staffed by the nearby medical clinic. Your support can help ensure mothers and infants receive life-saving care in Senegal. Join us in making this essential facility a reality.
