The Holiday Season is upon us, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of charitable giving for children. We feel incredibly blessed to have such a dedicated community of donors and volunteers, all committed to improving the lives of underprivileged children.

The success of Moms Against Poverty’s 6th Annual Fundraiser in San Francisco is a testament to the generosity and strength of our supporters. More than 1,300 guests attended our sold-out event, helping us raise over $270,000 to fund vital programs. We are deeply grateful to the sponsors, businesses, volunteers, and individuals who made this event possible.

Thanks to your generosity in 2013, we have not only sustained but expanded our programs, ensuring education, healthcare, and basic needs for thousands of vulnerable children in the United States, Iran, India, Cambodia, and Afghanistan. (Read on to learn more about how supporting children in need through holiday giving is changing lives.)

Holiday Donations for Kids in Need

Our programs operate year-round, but during the holiday season, Moms Against Poverty focuses on spreading extra warmth through our Holiday Helping Hand Program. This initiative provides food, toys, and clothing to children in need across multiple communities.

  • In Virginia, we are sponsoring a food packaging event through Generosity Feeds at Dominion High School on November 24th. The meals prepared during this event will be distributed to families facing food insecurity in Loudoun County.
  • In Northern California, we will be delivering toys and food baskets to underprivileged families and children, ensuring they experience the joy of the holiday season.

Thank You for Your Support

This life-changing work would not be possible without the unwavering commitment of our community. Your charitable giving for children allows us to reach and uplift thousands of young lives.

On behalf of the children, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyous Holiday Season.

With gratitude,
