The coronavirus outbreak in Iran has been devastating and continues to spread around the country. Our team in Iran has been working selflessly around the clock to support hospitals, shelters, and children in need with items and supplies we have purchased thanks to your donations. We wanted to update you on the impact of your donations as well as share with you the continuing dire needs of the Iranian people.
To date, we have packaged 500,000 masks, protective gowns, surgical hats, protective gloves, soaps, disinfectant wipes, and hundreds of liters of alcohol and disinfects. We then distributed 25,000 such packets to homeless children, 3,000 packets to public shelters, 510 packets to orphanages, and the remainder to emergency personnel and hospitals in various hot spots around Iran.

This is amazing progress, but the situation still remains ominous and the people of Iran need your further support. There is a widespread shortage of medical supplies, food, and basic provisions.
