IRAN FLOOD RELIEF
Heavy rainfall, which started on Jan. 9, caused flash flooding in the southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan, Iran. Our team on ground has assessed the damage locally and reported a very high level of dire need with thousand of children and families needing your help and support.
Hundreds of thousands of children and families have been displaced, homes, schools, medical centers, businesses, roads, towns and villages have been destroyed.
Thanks to your generosity, our team on ground has been providing first level relief to the victims of the flooding in Sistan Baluchestan.
Our team has distributed basic provisions, clothing and coats to the children and families affected in the area.
The need is still great and many more families are in need of support. Please help them if you can.
MAP is one of a very few organizations which has a Valid OFAC PERMIT and can legally send funds to Iran.
