Overview
Moms Against Poverty (MAP) is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing and empowering impoverished children worldwide. Through programs in Education, Health Care & Wellness, Hunger Relief & Basic Provisions, Orphan Care, and Disaster Relief, we address critical needs and provide opportunities for children to thrive. Our Hunger Relief and Basic Provisions program plays a vital role in ensuring children and families in need across the United States have access to essential resources.
We are a lean yet passionate team of dedicated individuals working tirelessly to fulfill our mission. As we expand our programs to serve more communities, we are seeking a detail-oriented and committed US Programs Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape MAP’s programs and make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families in need.
The US Programs Coordinator will help provide strategic leadership for MAP’s hunger relief and basic provisions programs. This role involves collaborating with the US Programs Manager and other team members to develop policies, manage daily operations, co-manage budgets, and evaluate program impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Reporting to the US Programs Manager, the Coordinator will supervise volunteers, manage partnerships, and represent MAP in mid-level donor and community engagements. This role requires independent decision-making to foster program growth and success.
