Providing Education for Underprivileged Children in Iran

Moms Against Poverty is pleased to announce the completion of a new school in Sistan Baluchestan, Iran, made possible by the generous support of the Tahbazof Family Foundation.

This school will serve the children of Laadi village in Daelgan County, providing them with access to education in one of the most underdeveloped regions of Iran.

Why This School is Critical

Sistan and Baluchestan is one of Iran’s poorest provinces, facing:

  • Decades of drought, leaving villages with only two hours of water per day.
  • Extreme weather conditions, with summer temperatures soaring above 120°F and freezing desert storms in winter.
  • High levels of crime and drug trafficking, making daily life even more challenging.

A Safe Haven for Generations to Come

This new school provides a safe and stable learning environment for children who otherwise would have no access to education.

Donate Now to help build more schools and expand education for underprivileged children.
