A Heartfelt Gathering in the Mission District

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, Moms Against Poverty welcomed guests to a vibrant art and wine fundraiser in San Francisco. Held at The Laundry, a creative hub in the heart of the Mission District, this free-admission event brought together friends, supporters, and neighbors for an evening of light appetizers, beautiful artwork, wine tasting, and meaningful conversation.

From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the venue buzzed with energy, laughter, and love—all in the name of raising awareness for children in need around the world.

A Celebration of Creativity and Community

This community wine tasting event gave guests the chance to explore local art installations while sampling wines in a relaxed and welcoming space. Attendees enjoyed thoughtfully curated bites and beverages, all while learning about Moms Against Poverty ’s life-changing programs focused on education, nutrition, and orphan care.

The evening reflected the best of the Bay Area: creativity, culture, and compassion coming together for a shared cause.
